Clemente González joined SCF Architects, (previously Sierra Cardona Ferrer) in 1990, after earning a Master of Architecture from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus. He directs the production of digital tridimensional models and visualization images to assist the architects during the design process. Clemente has been responsible for the substantial transformation in the methods of document production of the firm, mainly through the integration of the personal computer and custom software designed by him. He centralized the documents production and implemented a local network to facilitate the sharing of information within the office, creating a protocol for this method. As a result, the SCF’s design and drawing protocols have kept the constant infusion of new and fresh technologies as an important tool for decision making and production.
