Arch. Beatriz Hernández obtained a master’s degree from the School of Architecture at the University of Puerto Rico and has been a part of SCF for over 12 years. Her practice is primarily focused on healthcare and corporate architecture, designing efficient workspaces and rehabilitating existing structures. After completion of the CSILO Luquillo Outpatient Clinic, she took on a mission to produce healing environments that are safe for patients and providers and attained a certification in Healthcare Facilities and Planning and Design from the Cornell University School of Public Policy. Other notable projects include Banco Popular’s Corporate Offices, HUB International Offices, Cospazio Coworking Space, and Bacardi Employee Cafeteria & Visitor’s Center.
