This high-end project is part of the residential development of Rio Mar Beach Resort in Rio Grande. Strict architectural guidelines set by the original developer were reinterpreted, maintaining the overall community environment. Extreme topographic conditions were used as a resource to provide vantage views from every unit to the Atlantic Ocean. The topographical irregularity was also an opportunity to achieve highly varied interior and exterior spaces.
