Ocean Lab is one of Puerto Rico’s prime craft beers manufacturers. The new Visitors’ Center is at the initial stages of development. The facilities will occupy two existing structures originally designed in the 1950’s by renowned architect Henry Klumb, for Parke Davis Pharmaceutical. The Center will house a fine dining restaurant, various exterior bars and terraces, a souvenir store, a function room, administrative offices and an exhibition hall. The proposed design intent strives to preserve Henry Klumb’s original design while integrating Ocean Lab’s modern branding elements: colors, textures, and an overall tropical ambiance.
