Costa Caribe Golf Club is located within Costa Caribe Resort, in Ponce, Puerto Rico. The Clubhouse includes the following facilities: members’ locker rooms, a golf store, a ground-floor bar and a second-floor restaurant with direct views of the ocean.  The Clubhouse also provides exterior amenities such as a beach-front pool and surrounding outdoor terraces, with direct access to the ocean.  The Golf villas are located adjacent to the clubhouse.

The Costa Caribe Golf Villas are a residential complex, also within the Costa Caribe Resort.  Two different residential clusters were developed: the townhomes and the duplex homes.  Townhomes have two stories and are arranged in groups of five residences per building, each with approximately 3,000 square feet.  Duplex units are one-story units arranged in clusters of two. The townhomes as well as the duplex units have great views overlooking either the ocean or the surrounding golf course.   The overall residential complex is surrounded by tropical vegetation and open gardens. The design provides covered entry balconies, on one side, and open terraces on the other, allowing for cross ventilation and natural light throughout the interior spaces.  All units have 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms.
