COSSMA, Inc.’s executive office building is in the final stages of construction. The two-story office building has a double story height reception, surrounded by glass windows with fixed aluminum louvers that allow natural light into the space. The design incorporates corporate branding elements established by SCF, including COSSMA’s logo on the front of the building, a neutral color palette with blue accents, and aluminum fixed louvers. The design challenge was a significant difference from the main entry road elevation and proposed ground floor elevation.  A series of stairs and terraces to access the main lobby; staggered parking levels were designed to address the elevation discrepancy.
