Corporate Office Buildings at Roosvelt Avenue

This building complex consists of two office buildings with parking facilities, connected by an open-air pedestrian plaza. The front building, which faces Roosevelt Avenue, was designed for a bank’s executive offices. The ground level has a bank branch with its drive-thru, access to the parking structure, and a passenger drop-off area. The second building, set back from the main avenue, was designed as an office building. The exterior cladding consists of two interlaced systems, contrasting in scale and color, creating a silver and red pattern over the dark glass facade.
