Bahía Beach Sales Center was the main sales hub for the Bahia Beach Resort, located in Río Grande, PR. It serves as a showroom for the various high-end residential developments available at the time. Main spaces within the Sales Center include an entry reception, a double-height central area that showcases a large-scale site model with the Resort’s overall development. As part of the showroom, a small living area, adjacent to the central area, was designed to recreate the overall living environment of the Resort villas. In the interior design, traditional elements were mixed with modern details, as well as a custom-made pendant lighting fixture, installed as a focus point in the living area. Furniture by Barbara Barry provided a contemporary look.
