Air Traffic Control Tower LMM International Airport

The air traffic control tower was commissioned and operated by the United States Federal Aviation Administration. The tower’s main core, composed of fluted pre-cast concrete panels that emphasize verticality through the shades created by its fins, widens as a cupped hand to support a stainless-steel-clad office-facilities module. The office module incorporates shading devices and deep-set windows for cooling and lighting.
