Located at the most prominent location of the Isla Verde Avenue hotel and residential district, the project is composed a fifteen-level tower structure overlooking the Atlantic Ocean that houses a grand entrance space, two roofed parking levels, condominium main lobby and amenities, 48 apartment residence units and, 115-time share residence units. The building is subdivided in three main sections within the same structure to maximize privacy and site views.

A grand drop off area to the West of the existing hotel parking entrance leads to the apartment residences main lobby located two levels above. The apartment distribution maximizes the views towards the hotel pool, beach, and Atlantic Ocean from the dining and living room areas. Master bedrooms are arranged to frame the view towards the South East in the direction of El Yunque Rainforest mountains.
