Located on the west coast of Puerto Rico, the Rincón Beach Resort recreates a Mediterranean-style environment with tropical elements throughout. The residential and tourist complex, with views of the horizon to the west, and a mountain range to its east, has focused on expanding the existing premises to include a Convention Center, 70 additional hotel rooms with ocean views, Condo-Hotel, Clubhouse, and Retail Facilities, a spa and gym, as well as Restaurants, a River pool, tennis courts, a mini golf course and pedestrian and

golf cart paths that connect to the existing hotel.

The Condo Hotel consists of 200 Units of 2 different typologies in each floor; the corner units are lock-out rooms. The units are distributed in 8 towers of different heights, creating a relationship with the contours of the mountains as backdrop. The existing hotel is connected to the new facilities through plazas and a natural arcade.
