The Municipality of Cayey wished to develop several parcels of underdeveloped land adjoining the town’s urban center.  The project proposed the creation of four main buildings housing administrative facilities, a library, a student center, classrooms, student gym, and office space. One of the buildings was proposed as an incubator building: a hub for innovation and entrepreneurs, offering flexible office space for new business startups by students and recent graduates.

The master plan focused on organic organizational elements following a stream that crosses the site. It allowed a strong presence of natural landscape to permeate campus, providing green gathering spaces, connectors for pedestrian traffic and parking areas, and a main spine for vehicular traffic. The master plan was prepared In collaboration with EDSA.
