Located within immediate proximity to the Tren Urbano’s (San Juan’s Mass Transit System) Cupey Station, and next to the Department of Education Building in the San Juan suburb of Cupey, this mixed-use development proposes residential, office and commercial facilities, including food and beverage services and an entertainment area and roof garden for residents.

The proposal is a result of the Tren Urbano’s Joint Development Program that fosters the revitalization and densification of neglected urban areas in proximity to the train’s route. The project takes advantage of the variety of activities around its site. The complex accentuates pedestrian access to the Botanical Garden’s to its East, and to the train station entrance to its South and West.
